I take a tailored and flexible approach to my work with clients. I listen to their challenges and use my background in clean energy, workforce development, finance and philanthropy to ask probing questions. Once we have gotten to the heart of the issues at hand, we plot a course together for how I can be most impactful. 

Direct access to key stakeholders is critical to my work, and I will need to be included in pivotal meetings and ideally be able to informally reach out to project partners as needed. I am excellent at having candid conversations with power industry executives, skilled trade workforce program participants, government agency staff, and everyone in between. I take the time to have effective and efficient conversations that get to root causes. My extensive network in clean energy, workforce development, finance and philanthropy and aptitude for building relationships help me quickly access key people

As a one-person consultancy, I can often add the most value under flexible arrangements where deliverables can be adjusted based on the progress and findings of the project. I am happy to work under a fixed or not-to-exceed hourly budget.
